Tärnaby Fjällby is surrounded by wonderful mountains, with the protected area of Vindelfjällen as its neighbour. We provide different types of accommodation. The restaurant at Tärnaby Fjällby serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also open for “après sport”. The pub offers refreshments and relaxed socialising. Easily accessible cross-country ski trails are available close by, at Vikmyra ski stadium. From here you can ski on trails and tracks that take you through terrain both high and low, offering fantastic views. From some places you can see high mountain peaks and large glaciers in neighbouring Norway. There are other trails and tracks as well, such as the Kungsleden Trail which is not far from here. Vary your surroundings by taking a trip to Norway. Taste the salty Atlantic and buy fresh shrimps. If you don’t have skis or you want to rent equipment there is a ski shop in the area which rents out all types of downhill skiing equipment, as well as snowmobile and car hire. The wonderful mountain scenery and all these activities are just waiting for you, right outside the door. |
