Close to town, big but cosy! That’s the short description of Skellefteå Camping – a year-round, four-star campsite in the middle of the Vitberget recreation area, just north of the centre of Skellefteå.

We have cabins in a variety of standards, from simple camping cabins to fully equipped self-catering cabins. You can also choose between simple rooms for overnight accommodation or hotel standard. For those with tents or caravans there are large open spaces or more secluded terraces and forest glades.

There are outdoor activities available all year – exercise, swimming and games, trails, lit exercise tracks, slalom slope, tennis courts, ice rink and the Boda Borg adventure centre are just a few examples. Of course, this means that you can have your training camp, launch party or group trip completely tailor-made to your needs and requirements.

In terms of shopping it is less than 2km to the centre of Skellefteå and only 1km to the new Handelsplats Norr, which has a wide range of shops and supermarkets.
